About UPI QR Code Generator

Make a UPI payment QR code from your UPI ID for a shop counter, stall, invoice or fee collection. Customers scan it with any UPI app, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM, and the money goes straight to the bank account linked to your UPI ID; ToolKit360 never handles the payment. You can fix an amount and add a note, or leave the amount for the payer to type. The code is static, so it never expires and needs no account.

How to Use

1

Enter your UPI ID and name

Type your UPI ID, such as yourname@okbank, in UPI ID and the shop or person name in Payee name. The UPI Pay tab is already selected, and the preview updates as you type.

2

Add an amount or note if you like

Leave Amount empty so each customer types what they owe, or enter a fixed amount for a set price or fee. Note can carry something like "Order #12".

3

Style it

Under Style, pick a colour theme, pattern and corner style. Add your shop logo under "Logo & advanced"; error correction switches to High so it still scans.

4

Download and test with a payment

Choose a Download size (512, 1024 or 2048 px) and click Download PNG, or SVG for print. Scan it with your UPI app and check that your name appears before you print it.

Privacy & Processing

  • Mode: local
  • Files Leave Browser: Local tool processing; review details below
  • Max Input Size: Device memory limits
  • Account Required: No
  • Data Stored Locally: Nothing is saved. Download your code before leaving the page.
  • Network Processing: Assets or models may require an initial download

The QR code is made in your browser. Your UPI ID, name and amount are never sent to a server.

Rules & Limitations

  • UPI apps pay in rupees, so leave Currency on INR.
  • The code is static: a printed amount, UPI ID or name cannot be changed later. Make a new code instead.
  • The code does not tell you when someone pays. Confirm each payment in your UPI app or bank SMS before handing over goods.
  • A mistyped UPI ID gives a code that fails or pays someone else. The UPI ID must look like name@bank, and a test payment of a small amount is the surest check.

UPI QR Code Generator FAQ

Is this UPI QR code generator free?

Yes. Making and downloading the code is free, with no sign-up, and ToolKit360 takes no fee or commission. Payments go directly from the customer's UPI app to your bank account.

How do I create a UPI QR code with a fixed amount?

Enter your UPI ID and Payee name, then type the amount in Amount, for example 250. When customers scan, their UPI app shows that amount ready to pay. Leave Amount empty if you want them to type it themselves.

Does this QR code work with Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm?

Yes. The code holds a standard UPI payment link (upi://pay) that UPI apps read, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM. Scan it once with your own app before printing to be sure.

Where do I find my UPI ID?

Open your UPI app and look in your profile or account settings; the ID looks like name@okicici or 98xxxxxxxx@ybl. Type it exactly, as one wrong character changes where the money goes.

How will I know when a customer has paid?

Check the payment in your UPI app or the SMS from your bank. This code works like your UPI ID written down, so it does not send alerts or play a sound; always confirm before handing over goods.

Is it safe to print my UPI ID on a QR code?

A UPI ID can only receive money; nobody can take money out using it. Anyone who scans the code will see your UPI ID and payee name, so use a name you are happy to show.
