About IBPS & SBI Photo Resizer

Resize your photo for IBPS and SBI bank exam forms, such as IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB and SO, and SBI PO and Clerk. How to Use

Add a recent photo

Rules & Limitations

IBPS and SBI can change sizes between notices. Check the photo, signature, thumb and declaration rules in the notice for your exam before you upload.
Recent bank exam applications have also asked for a live photo taken with your webcam or phone during registration, in addition to the uploaded photo. This page prepares the uploaded one.
A 200 × 230 px photo with a plain background can be under 20 KB even at full quality. The tool then adds empty padding to reach the minimum; the picture is unchanged.

What size is the IBPS handwritten declaration?

The preset "IBPS / SBI handwritten declaration (800 × 400 px)" sets 800 × 400 px, JPG and 50–100 KB. Write the declaration text from the notice on white paper, photograph it flat and crop it to fill the box.

Can I use the same photo for IBPS and SBI?

Usually, yes. Both have used 200 × 230 px and 20–50 KB, so one file often works for both. If the notices differ, type the new Width, Height, Min KB and Max KB and download again.

Why is my IBPS photo rejected even at the right size?
