Signature Resizer for Exam Forms FAQ
How do I resize my signature to 20 KB for SSC?
Switch the Preset to "SSC signature (4 × 2 cm)". It sets 4 × 2 cm at 200 DPI (315 × 157 px), JPG and 10–20 KB. Crop the box around your signature and download when the Result says "Within 10–20 KB". SSC has used different signature sizes over the years, so check your notice.
What is the signature size for IBPS and SBI?
The usual rule is 140 × 60 px, JPG, 10–20 KB, signed in black ink on white paper. That is what this page opens with. Check the current notice, as rules can change.
Why does my signature file show padding?
A small signature compresses to well under 10 KB. Many forms reject files below 10 KB, so the tool adds empty data to the file to reach the minimum. The picture is exactly the same; only the file is larger.
How do I scan my signature with my phone?
Sign on white paper, place it on a flat surface in daylight and photograph it from straight above so the page fills the screen. Add the photo here and crop tightly; no scanner app is needed.
Can I resize a signature in cm instead of pixels?
Yes. Switch the Unit to cm or mm, set the DPI the form asks for (200 is common) and type the width and height. The page shows the matching pixel size, and the DPI is saved in the file.
