About Merge PDF

Combine two or more PDF files into a single PDF, in the order you choose. Drag the files into order, turn a file 90° at a time or add it twice, then press Merge PDFs. Pages are copied as they are, not turned into images or recompressed, so text stays sharp and selectable. Bookmarks from the original files are not carried over. Useful for application bundles, scanned pages and reports, and it all runs in your browser.

How to Use

1

Add your PDFs

Drop two or more PDFs on the page, paste them with Ctrl+V, or click Choose PDFs. Choose a folder adds every PDF in a folder.

2

Put them in order

Files are merged top to bottom, and the number on each card is its position. Drag a card, or use its grip, to move it. The rotate button turns a file 90° clockwise and the copy button adds it a second time.

3

Merge and download

Press Merge PDFs. The result is named after the first file, such as report-merged.pdf. Click Download, or use the add-to-files button beside it to open the merged PDF in another PDF tool.

  • At least 2 PDFs, each up to 100 MB.

Merge PDF FAQ

How do I merge PDF files on my phone?

Open this page in your phone's browser, tap Choose PDFs and pick two or more files from your storage or Files app. Use the grip on each card to drag them into order, then tap Merge PDFs and Download.

Can I merge PDFs without Adobe Acrobat?

Yes. The merging runs in your web browser, so you do not need Acrobat or any other software, an account or a subscription. It is free and adds no watermark.

How do I change the order of PDFs before merging?

Drag a card to a new place in the list; the number on the card shows its position. With a keyboard, focus the grip, press Space, move it with the arrow keys and press Space again to drop it, or Escape to cancel.

Is it safe to merge PDFs online here?

Your files are not uploaded. They are merged inside your browser on your own device, so documents such as ID cards, bank statements or agreements never reach a server, and nothing is kept after you leave the page.

Why can't I merge a password-protected PDF?

Merging rebuilds the PDF, which is not possible for a file that needs a password or is encrypted against editing, so such files are left out. Remove the password in the app you used to set it, then add the PDF again.

Can I rearrange single pages after merging?

Not in Merge PDFs, which works with whole files. Click the add-to-files button next to the merged PDF, then open Organize pages to drag, rotate or delete individual pages.
