About Rotate PDF

Turn every page of a PDF by 90° clockwise, 90° to the left or 180°, and save it so it opens the right way round in any app. The rotation is stored in the PDF without redrawing the pages, so text, images and links stay exactly as they were. You can rotate several PDFs at once. To turn only some pages, use Organize pages instead.

How to Use

Add your PDFs

Drop one or more PDFs on the page, paste them with Ctrl+V, or click Choose PDFs.

Choose the angle

Under Angle, pick 90° clockwise, 180° or 90° left. The turn is added to the way each page already appears.

Rotate and download

Press Rotate pages, then click Download to save the file named like scan-rotated.pdf, or Download all (ZIP) for several.

Rules & Limitations

Every page in a file turns by the same angle. To rotate single pages, use Organize pages.
Each run adds to the current rotation, so 90° clockwise twice gives 180°.
PDFs that need a password or are encrypted cannot be rotated until the protection is removed. Up to 100 MB per PDF.

How do I rotate a PDF and save it permanently?

Add the PDF, choose the Angle and press Rotate pages, then Download. The rotation is saved in the new file, so it opens the right way round in any PDF reader, not just in your browser.

How do I rotate only one page of a PDF?

Rotate pages turns every page. To turn one page, open Organize pages, click that page to select it and press Rotate 1 selected, then Download PDF.

Does rotating a PDF reduce its quality?

No. Only the page's rotation setting changes; the content is not redrawn or recompressed, so text stays sharp and selectable.

Why is my PDF still the wrong way round after rotating?

The turn is added to how each page already looks, so the direction matters. If it is now upside down, rotate the result by 180°; if it is sideways, try 90° in the other direction.

Can I rotate a PDF on my phone?

Yes. Open this page in your phone's browser, tap Choose PDFs, pick the angle and tap Rotate pages, then Download. Nothing needs to be installed.
