About Sign PDF

Add your signature to a PDF without printing, signing and scanning it. Draw your signature with a mouse, finger or stylus, or type your name to get a handwriting-style signature, then click or drag to place it on any page and set its size. The signed PDF downloads straight away. This adds a picture of your signature, which suits most forms and letters, but it is not a certificate-based digital signature (DSC) and does not lock the document.

How to Use

Sign PDF FAQ

How do I sign a PDF on my phone?

Open this page in your phone's browser, tap Choose PDFs and pick the file. Draw your signature in the box with your finger, tap the page preview where it should go, adjust Signature size and tap Download signed PDF.

Can I sign a PDF without printing it?

Yes. You draw or type your signature on screen and it is added to the PDF, so there is no need to print, sign on paper and scan the document again.

Is a signature added this way valid in India?

It depends on the document. This tool places an image of your signature, which many companies and offices accept for routine letters and forms. Where a digital signature certificate (DSC) or Aadhaar eSign is required, an image is not enough, so check with whoever asked for it.

Can I add my signature to more than one page?

Yes, one page at a time. After downloading, click Add to files in the message, choose the signed copy in PDF to work on, pick the next Page and sign again.

Is my signature saved anywhere?

No. Your signature and the PDF stay in your browser and are not uploaded or stored, so you draw or type it again the next time you visit.
